This is the changelog for the 6.83.3 release of Dota 2 IMBA. Gem bug is finally fixed, Enigma has a even harder time one-shotting entire teams from half the map away, reddit suggestions are shamelessly implemented, and other stuff. Enjoy!

Dota 2 IMBA Installation Guide

1 – ITEM CHANGES

1.1: Gem
– Fixed Gem of True Sight’s buyout timer bug, for real this time! Gem has a 5 minute cooldown after it’s bought.

1.2: Boots of Travel
– Components are now boots of speed, a town portal scroll, and a 1900 gold recipe!

2 – HERO CHANGES

2.1: Axe
Berserker’s Call: radius from 750 to 650.
Battle Hunger: duration from one minute to ten minutes.

2.2: Bane
Fiend’s Grip: range from 1000 to 1100/1300/1500.

2.3: Enigma
Black Hole: pull range from 750/1100/1500/2000/2500/3000 to 750/1000/1200/1400/1600/1800.

2.4: Keeper of the Light
Mana Leak: duration from 8 to 6 seconds.

2.5: Magnus
Empower: bonus damage/cleave from 30/60% to 25/50%.
Reverse Polarity: pull radius from 600/900/1200/1500/3000 to 600/900/1100/1300/1500.

2.6: Mirana
Sacred Arrow: maximum stun time from 20 to 15 seconds. This allows targets hit from very long distances (i.e. fountain-to-fountain) to avoid being chain-stunned to death/uselessness in most situations.

2.7: Nature’s Prophet
Nature’s Wrath: extra damage per bounce from 9% to 7%.

2.8: Phoenix
Supernova: damage and stun radius from 1800/2400/3000 to a fixed 1800.

2.9: Riki
Blink Strike: cast range now matches the description (from 1200 to 1000/1300/1600).

2.10: Shadow Fiend
Necromastery: damage per soul from +2/3/4 to +3. Maximum souls from 36 to 15/30/45.
Requiem of Souls: damage per soul from 60/90/120/150 to 50/75/100/125. With maximum souls, overall damage is only slightly (+4%) increased.

2.11: Shadow Shaman
Shackles: cooldown from 20/17/14/11 to 20/18/16/14. Maximum duration from 5 to 8 seconds. Total damage from 150/225/300/375 to 160/240/320/400.
Mass Serpent Ward: ward count from 16/18/20 to 16/20/24.

2.12: Tidehunter
Ravage: stun radius from 1500 to 1800. Travel speed from 1200 to 1400.

2.13: Timbersaw
Reactive Armor: maximum stacks from 8/12/16/20 to 8. Bonus armor from +1/1/1/2 to +2/3/4/5. Bonus hp regen from +2 to +2/3/4/5.

2.14: Tiny
– BAT from 1.5 to 1.6.
Grow: attack speed penalty from zero to -20/30/40.

2.15: Undying
Decay: strength steal from 4/5/6/7 to 4. Cooldown from 7/6/5/4 to 8/6/4/2 seconds.

2.16: Ursa
Overpower: maximum attack speed attacks per cast from 10 to 8.

2.17: Weaver
– Projectile speed increased to be near-instant. Prevents an exploit with Geminate Attack.

2.18: Windranger
Shackleshot: cooldown from 10 to 9 seconds.
Powershot: cooldown from 7 to 6 seconds. Maximum range from 4000 to 5000. Damage bonus per target hit from +5% to +7%. Arrow width from 200/225/250/275 to 275.
Focus Fire: cooldown from 30 to 20/12/6 seconds (zero with scepter). Damage penalty from -40/-20/0% to 0% (0/10/20 bonus damage with aghs).
