This is the changelog for the 6.83.4 release of Dota 2 IMBA.
We now have 6.83b parity (mostly the Juggernaut nerfs), and updated tooltips that explain in-game some abilities’ main differences from regular dota!

1 – BUG FIXES
– Restored Alchemist’s missing head!
2 – HERO CHANGES
2.1 Disruptor
– Glimpse: no longer castable on allies; the interaction was buggy, and sometimes failed to work.
2.2: Doom
– Doom: level 1 duration doubled, damage halved. 3 second long Doom just wasn’t too good.
2.3: Juggernaut
– Base armor decreased by 1.
– Omnislash: cast range from 600 to 350 at all levels.
2.4: Meepo
– Divided We Stand: now learnable at levels 1, 6, 11, 16, and 21 (previously 1, 7, 13, 19, 25).
2.5: Visage
– Soul Assumption: soul base damage from 20/40/60/80 to 20/50/80/110, stack damage from 50/60/70/80 to 60/70/80/90. Soul stacks now last for up to 5 minutes.
– Summon Familiars: familiar damage per charge from 10/16/22 to 12/18/24.
